Schools in China are in fierce competition to provide the best education possible. This leads to an impressively high standard of education.

 

·         Xiamen University’s Wang Yanan Institute for Studies in Economics (WISE)

Wang Yanan Institute for studies in Economics of Xiamen University is a top achieving school. According to ranking from the Ministry of Education in China, WISE appears among the top 5 in Economics Disciplines. WISE has often been called “the best university in Fujian Province”. It is a research-oriented institution and has employed quite a few faculty members from various countries overseas.

 

·         South Western University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE)

Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan Province. It is a large city and is nicknamed the “Land of Abundance.” This diverse city is also home to a habitat of the adorable Giant Pandas. South Western University has received accreditation from China’s Ministry of Education and has opened its doors to international students.

 

·         Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB)

Capital University of Economics and Business is ranked among the top Business and Economics schools in China. It has a spectacular library housing 1.6 million books and 2500 publications in both English and Chinese. Every year this school produces one of China’s highest rated journals, the “Research of Economics and Management”.

 

·         Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE)

This high rankingresearch university mainly focuses on Finance, Economics and Business Studies and has a student population reaching over 22 000. SUFE often cooperates with organizations such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the United Nations Development Program.

 

·         Peking University

Peking University has left its mark both in China and internationally. This renowned school is ranked 33rd in the world for its Economics courses and 2nd in the whole of China. Peking University is located in Beijing, the famous capital of China.
