Mechanical Engineering Courses

Engineering is defined as the application of science and mathematics by which the properties of matter and the sources of energy in nature are made useful to people; it is a branch of science and technology.

Since 1949 China is one of the leading countries in engineering and technology. Throughout China there are numerous institutes that have trained engineers in various fields that have equipped them with attributes across a range of regimens. They play an extensive part in the ongoing development of infrastructure, quality of life, science and technology around the globe.

China is the largest assembler of engineering graduates across the world. With more than 500000 students graduating every year. Engineering is the second preferred course studied in China amongst foreign students after medicine. Around 800000 foreign students come to China to study, amongst many of them come to pursue their dreams in engineering. The engineering courses are all taught in English by highly qualified professors. Students are not limited when branching out in the field. They are giving options in abundance, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering and so many others

Mechanical Engineering is an essential part of our everyday lives and it is everywhere around us. It is a four year course; three years of the course provides a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering, the fourth year allows the student to specialise in any of the allocated branches in Mechanical Engineering. The courses are broken down as follows:

·         Exploring Sea, Space, & Earth: Fundamentals of Engineering Design

·         Toy Product Design

·         Mechanics and Materials

·         Engineering Dynamics

·         Dynamics and Control

·         Modeling Dynamics and Control

·         Design and Manufacturing

·         Hydrodynamics

·         Design of Electromechanical Robotic Systems

·         Systems and Controls

·         Fluid Dynamics

·         Nolinear Dynamics

·         Numerical Computation for Mechanical Engineers

·         Engineering Math: Differential Equations and Linear Algebra

·         Finite Element Analysis of Solids and Fluids

·         Information and Entropy

·         Analysis and Design of Feedback Control Systems

·         Biomolecular Feedback Systems

·         Fundamentals of Energy in Buildings

·         Nano-to-Macro Transport Processes

·         Fundamentals of Photovoltaics

·         Obtics

·         Fields, Forces and Flows in Biological Systems

·         Quantitative Physiology: Cells and Tissues

·         Molecular, Cellular, and Tissue Biomechanics

·         Management in Engineering

·         Biomimetic Principles and Design

·         Principles of Naval Architecture

·         Undergraduate Thesis

Mechanical Engineering is versatile in the field of Engineering and is the vastest of all engineering disciplines. Engineers in the field of work need a variety of skills, as it will enable them to extract the essence of an idea, design and manufacture it into a life size functional product.
