HEC Recognized Universities in China

The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan or otherwise known as HEC, is an independent, self-governing, and constitutionally established institution that oversees primary funding, regulating and accrediting the higher education efforts in Pakistan.

The HEC also facilitated the development of higher educational system in the country with main purpose of upgrading the universities and colleges in the country to be focal point of the high learning of education, research, and development. Over the several years, the HEC plays an important and leading role towards building a knowledge based economy in Pakistan by giving out hundreds of doctoral scholarships for education abroad every year

Those who are entitled to apply for the HEC examinations are:

1. Pakistani nationals.

2. Candidates who are at least minimum Eighteen (18) years of education for applying Scholarship program

3. Candidates who must have acquired the above qualifications on or before the given deadline.

4. Applicants who can have maximum achieve two second divisions throughout the academic career.

5. However, applicants studying under Engineering & Medical degree must acquire valid registration certificate from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or Pakistan Council for Architectures and Town Planners (PCATP) or PMDC or PNC on or before the given deadline.
