We consider applicants on the basis of academic merits. Although the entry requirements for our degrees vary depending on the course, evidence of relevant personal, professional and educational experience may also be taken into consideration.

Undergraduate study
1. Applicants are required to have graduated from High School.
2. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the course and healthy.
3. Minimum Chinese language requirement: HSK4 and above (for Chinese-taught programs).
4. Minimum English language requirement: IELTS 6.5 or above or IBT 90 or above (for English-taught programs).

Postgraduate study
1. Applicants for master's program should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background.
2. Applicants for doctoral program should have a master's degree or equivalent academic background.
3. Healthy and under the age of 35 and 45 for master's and doctoral candidate respectively.
4. Minimum Chinese language requirement: HSK4 or above (for Chinese-taught programs).
5. Minimum English language requirement: IELTS 6.5 or above or IBT 90 or above (for English-taught programs).

Chinese Language Program
1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and healthy.
2. High school graduate or above.

Chinese Language Training Center
Applicants who don't meet China Pharmaceutical University language entry requirements may be able to study at CPU-CLTC （Chinese Language Training Center）for one year intensive Chinese training, which specialized in helping international students improve their Chinese for undergraduate and postgraduate study.
