1. Educational Objectives
The Master Program in Business Administration aims to provide solid
economics and management analytical training for students; and enable
them to be talents with a thorough and professional knowledge in one of
the following fields: Enterprise Strategic Management; Marketing
Management; Human Resource Management; Operation & Logistics
Management; Accounting & Finance Management; Tourism Management;
etc. By the training, the students can be competent for the practical
work of management, education and research in enterprise & business
organizations, government departments, and education & research
institutions.

3) In order to elevate academic research capacity, the graduate students

academic years.

5. Scientific Research and Degree Dissertation
5.1. Proposal
1) Theme
The theme of dissertation must be relevant with frontiers or
cross-sectional fields concerning national economy in major research
2) Prerequisites
Candidates are required to obtain the required credits and submit at least 4000 words literature reading report
3) Requirements
Candidates must submit a proposal concerning dissertation within the
second semester of the second year after enrollment, including
literature review, the meaning of the dissertation, research aim,
difficulties and features, would-be innovations, etc. and at least 30
references, of which at least 10 references of foreign researchers.
4) Check and Approval
Public presentation must be held to check the proposal by major tutor
board (at least 3 including at least 1 professor) The writing of
dissertation can be prepared after the pass of the check
5.2. In-progress Report
In the course of writing, candidates should submit reports concerning
dissertation so as to ensure the dissertation may proceed as schedule.
If the spread is large, advice will be given.
5.3. Oral defense of the dissertation
1) Qualifications
After dissertation has been firstly checked by the tutor after
accomplishment and a paper has been published in core journals, a
pre-oral defense can be applied for.
2) Pre-oral defense
This defense is held before correspondence and conducted by the major
tutor board. If the check is successful, the student could hand the
dissertation to correspondence after necessary revision following
suggestions of the board, and if failed, a modification or a rewriting
is required.
3) Correspondence and Oral Defense
Dissertation should be checked by 5 experts in specialty in the form of
correspondence(both student and tutor's names are concealed for at least
2 experts) Oral defense can be held with all experts' agreements after
the dissertation has been modified following the suggestions of experts.
If the oral defense fails, the dissertation should be dealt with
according to regulations made by Graduate Department of the University.
