3. Advanced Molecular Genetics:
The course highlights current progresson molecular genetics during last decade, and its content includes genes and genomes, gene transcription and translation, regulation of gene expression, protein localization and transportation, DNA recombination and so on.

4. Molecular Toxicology:
Molecular Toxicology is a science of contaminants in the biosphere and their effects on constituents of the biosphere including humans, especially on the molecular level. This course mainly focuses on the effects (e.g. molecular techniques to document DNA damage), fate and analytical methods of the contaminants, risk assessment is also included.

5. Genomics:
The course is designed to introduce and help students understand basic concepts and knowledge of genomics, including the structures, sequencing, annotation expression of genomics. Students will be guided to learn development of genomics by searching and reading materials from databases.

6. Molecular biology:
Molecular biology is a science for studying the function, structure and characteristics, and importance of biological macromolecules, such as nucleic acid, protein and polysaccharide, and it is a basic subject for
human being to open the mysteries of the biological world. Therefore, the molecular biology is an important course for modern life science and for undergraduates with their high education.

7. Cell biology:
Courses content of cell biology includes three major parts: the first part of the cell biology as a basic knowledge of cells, including the concept of the basic structure of cells and cell types, the basic research methods of cell biology; second part of the structure and function of cells, including cell membrane, endomembrane systems, mitochondria, nucleus, and cytoskeleton; third part of the basic law of cell life and its activities, including cell proliferation, cell cycle regulation and , apoptosis, and so on.
