What to Study


Introduction


We have different levels of studying in China. From Non-degree Chinese language courses to doctorate degree courses. Check the entry requirements to know your eligibility and prepare your documents.

All Undergraduate programs are achieved through intense lecturing. A diploma undergraduate course will can take as short as 6 months to gain and with the degree course, the least duration to get is a 3 year course. Undergraduate courses can last as long as 7 years Master’s degree courses achieved through lecturing are mainly MA (Master of Arts) or MSc (Master of Science), although there are others: Mmus (Master of Music), MOrth (Master of Orthodontics), or LLM (Master of Laws). Taught master’s programs will definitely involve a little research but the emphasis will be on learning by teaching. This is structured to enhanced employability, intellectually reward, prepare you for a PhD and to potentially study a new subject. Full-time courses are normally one year or two years if it’s part-time, although some master's degrees can be longer than a year. This degree program usually starts in September.

There are some master’s programs obtained only through research. You will receive training in research methods and be expected to do a substantial research projects. These projects are a large piece of work that requires skill in setting objectives, fact finding, analysis, and interpretation. Programs structured this way adequately prepares you for your PhD. Also employers favor individuals who go through these research structured programs over the others. During you program study, you’re normally assessed base on your project work and oral exams. Programs of this sort also starts in September.

A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) demand one to create a lengthy, in-depth, unique, and important piece of research that draws upon all your abilities in setting objectives, fact finding, analysis, and interpretation. Students will finally be assessed by thesis of around 100,000 words, which might be published in an academic journal. Programs could start in January, May or October depending on the institution. How to track your application?


To track the application status, please log in your ACASC personal account. Whenever there’s an update, you will be informed on your application status through ACASC system within a day as soon as we receive university’s notification. You will simultaneously receive ACASC auto-email about the application status. To directly inquire about your application status, feel free to send us an email to admission@acasc.cn and our team will keep you updated.




How to pay your application fees?


ACASC charges a service fee of 50$ for using its online application portal. Applying through ACASC into Chinese universities attracts a service fee of $50. Please check ACASC application service for details. Different universities charge different application fee and ACASC has been authorized to receive the fee on their behalf.
