Beijing International Youth Training Institute is sponsored by the International Youth Exchange Center of the International Cultural Exchange Organization under the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. It belongs to the public institution. 1993 by the Beijing Municipal Adult Education Bureau approved the establishment. In 1996 by the China National Education Commission formally approved the recruitment of foreign students.
