How To Apply

Applying through ACASC generally takes a few minutes to complete. It takes 5 steps to complete the application.

1. Click “Apply Now” button at the top of the page.

2. Fill in online application form.

3. Upload required documents.

4. Pay the application fee and the ACASC service fee

5. Click “Submit” button.

Important notice: In order to apply, you need to create an account with ACASC.

The three levels are Basic Level, Intermediate Level, and Advance Level.

Students may choose a suitable course according to their Chinese language proficiency.

Students who choose this program can have inner city tours to historical sites.

2. Program Structure

2.1 Basic Level

1) Training Goal

To understand basic phones and tones.

Be able to use about 3,000 words and 1,600 Chinese characters.

Have a basic knowledge of listening, speaking, reading, and writing which meets the needs of daily living and study.

2.2 Intermediate Level

1) Training Goal

Be capable of using about 5,200 words and about 2,200 Chinese characters.

Have a good knowledge of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and can deal with undergraduate courses.

2.3 Advanced Level

1) Training Goal

To master about 7,000 words and 4,000 Chinese characters.
